Shipping/Domestic
Orders are processed Monday thru Friday and ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, before your package is shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options.
All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. You will receive an email confirmation at the address listed in your Atomic Boutique profile. Please check for your confirmation. In addition, we will also notify you by email if there is an issue with filling your order. Shipping fees are based on your order’s weight, destination and shipping method you choose.
The following delivery options are available:
USPS Priority Mail – Arrives in 2-3 business days from shipment date.
USPS Express Mail – Arrives in 1 to 2 business days from shipment date.
UPS (Domestic) - Arrives in 1 to 5 days depending on your location. We are on the west coast so it averages 5 days shipping to the east coast.
International Shipping
Ship rate vary by country and it is impossible to accurately calculate the shipping cost. The Atomic Boutique charges $36.00 at time of order (also includes insurance) and if the actual shipping prices are less we will refund that amount. Simply email us with the ship cost shown on the postmark for your package and we will refund the difference. If the shipping fee is more than the flat rate fee you will be notified by email of the difference and will be charged accordingly. Multiple orders at one time are recommend so shipping costs may split between multiple buyers. IMPORTANT!!! Your country may charge you customs duties, the amount of which we have no knowledge or control over. Your country’s customs department may also decide to arbitrarily hold your package for any length of time it so chooses, another factor we cannot control in the least. Please take this into account when ordering internationally.
We ship thru USPS International Priority Mail. Ship time to International destinations usually takes about 7 to 10 days but could take considerably longer due to any number of forces beyond out control. So please allow up to four weeks for international delivery.
Unclaimed Packages: If packages go unclaimed after 30 days after arriving they will be returned to us and you will receive a store credit minus the shipping cost that were charged back to us for the packaged being returned.
