Q:  WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

• Please save your invoice!  This is your proof of purchace.
• If an exchange is needed, you'll be charged for the new order and then credited when The Atomic Boutique receives the original merchandise back.
• The Atomic Boutique must receive the return within 14 days of purchase.
• Lingerie and swimwear cannot be returned.
• Shoes and clothing can be exchanged or returned but not if the product has been worn or shows visible signs of wear. 
• Makeup, body jewelry and CD's cannot be returned if opened.
• Sorry...origional shipping cost is not reimbursed on returns or exchanges.
• CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE.

Q:  HOW DO I SEND SOMETHING BACK?

If you live in the continental United States, just visit e-mail us at theatomicboutique@yahoo.com and have the answers to the following questions handy:

1.  Is this going to be a return or an exchange?

2. What is the reason you're sending the items back?

3.  What item number(s) and item(s) are you going to be sending back?

4.  What is the order number?

5.  What is the first and last name the order is listed under?

Remember, to get a Return Authorization number, you must call or e-mail us BEFORE sending your product back!  Returns that are not accompanied by a Return Authorization number will be sent back to the customer.  Returns and exchanges take approximately 2 weeks for processing.  We appreciate your patience.

If you live outside the continental United States, we're sorry but we won't be able to provide you with a return label or reimburse you for return postage costs.  You may return the item(s) using any method available.  However, we do recommend using a method that can be tracked to avoid lost merchandise.

Additionally, if you do live outside the continental United States, there may be additional fees charged by the Customs offices in your country, once the product has been exchanged and re-shipped to you.  The Atomic Boutique will not assume responsibility for these fees, nor can we reimburse you for any fees incurred.
